- Soul: Be a man after God’s own heart. Worship God. Go through the daily prayer. Walk with God throughout the day and pray.
- Strength: 25 Kata (5). 200 Pushups (0). 60 minutes walking/jogging (1,890 steps). 10 Kegels (10). Water 100+ oz. (54).
- Heart: Date night with my sweetie. Pick up flowers, chocolate, a Starbucks gift card, and lottery tickets on the way home.
- Mind: Publish Workout, Publish Top Ten, Publish today’s prayers.
That’s all I’ve got today–it’s date night. Time to relax a little bit after a stressful, busy week, unwind with the wife, and get ready to go again tomorrow.
For me personally, it’s almost a pseudo sabbath–Friday night is date night; Saturday morning/afternoon are reserved for time with the fifteen-month-old granddaughter. The time equals out to just about a day’s worth of not doing anything but enjoying the company of God and my two favorite girls.
