With robust demand for homes worth more than $200,000, developer Bill Lemmon said that he has solicited bids by contractors to install utilities, lay down streets, grade house lots and build drainage basins on the property that used to be the Edgewood golf course in Plain Township. He expects work to prepare about 50 lots for homes for sale to be done by next spring. He expects that the vast majority of those lots will have constructed homes on them within two and a half years.
